New Year, New Possibilities!

While there is no research to suggest that goals are more likely to stick when made in January, the new year does bring a sense of energy and excitement around the possibility of what could be. Why not take advantage of that momentum!
Take a minute to consider the questions below and maybe even write down your answers.
What is one challenging thing that you accomplished in 2024?
If there was one change that you could make in 2025, even if you are not ready today, that would make a big impact on your health and wellbeing, what would it be?
What would be some benefits of making this change?
What is one small thing that you could do this month that would make you feel more ready?
No idea what change you would want to make? No problem! What is one need that you have in this moment? To rest, use the bathroom, drink water, eat a snack, talk to a friend? Start with just listening to what your body needs in this moment and care for yourself there.

I loved this nudge! I've been too busy to dream big and this reminded me to make time for my own intentions. In 2025, I want to spend more time near and on the water. Not sure what that will look like, just putting it out there to the Universe.
